Penta Real Estate has participated within the Administrative Centers category and based on the decision of the Expert Jury, we have secured a fantastic first place with our flagship project Masarycka! The jury has praised the combination of iconic world-class architecture under the baton of the Zaha Hadid Architects studio, which sensitively respects the historical character of the center, as well as the successful revitalization of the extensive brownfield near Masaryk railway station. Thanks to this ground-breaking office and retail project, the center of the metropolis is more connected with Karlín fausse sacoche pas cher and Žižkov, there is further expansion of public spaces and also a significant increase in green areas within the planned public park, which will be created by covering the tracks of Masaryk railway station with walkable platform. The project is LEED Platinum certified.
