Penta Real Estate was formed by separating the real estate division from the company Penta Investments, whose origins date back to 1994. Penta Group entered the real estate sector in 2005 and since this time is has become a leader on the real estate market in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Poland alike.

Penta Real Estate
Florentinum was Penta’s first ever real estate project in the Czech Republic. The intention was to build a modern administration center that would meet all requirements by clients for high-quality office and commercial space, including the option of underground parking.
Waltrovka is located on the grounds of a former aircraft engine factory in Prague’s Jinonice neighbourhood. Penta is developing the 169,000 square meter project, into which it plans to invest more than EUR 200 million.
The project, located by Prague‘s main train station and comprising two office and one residential building, is being implemented by Penta Real Estate in a consortium with SUDOP. The location, within the immediate town centre, represents one of the last unused plots with a prestigious address, offering great accessibility and a superb view of the Prague Castle.
