REASON Restaurant’s Head Chef Receives Gault&Millau Award
Jan Horák, founder, co-owner, and head chef of the restaurant REASON at Masaryčka rooftop, has received the prestigious Gault&Millau award Young Talent of the Year.
The international gastronomic guide Gault&Millau, which evaluated Czech restaurants for the second time this year, recognized Jan Horák as a personality who pushes the boundaries of modern cuisine:

The second Czech edition of the Gault&Millau guide features 421 restaurants, with only the very best earning the prestigious chef’s toques. The Young Talent of the Year award confirms that Reason ranks among the elite of Czech gastronomy.
