First celebratory toast on the terrace of Penta Real Estate

The first tenant moved into the top floors of the new office building at the beginning of September. The toast took place on one of the green terraces of the top floors, which provide an ideal space for joint events and relaxation. The building is slowly coming to life and is preparing to fill all the office and retail space.

We can imagine how excited the team was to stand on the finished roof and look around at the sights of Prague. A project that began planning in 2011 is becoming a reality. Marek Dospiva, the company's main partner, and Petr Palička, Country Managing Director, gave the opening remarks. Thanks were given not only to the Penta Real Estate team, but also to everyone involved in the multi-year project.
