The Cloud One received the highest sustainable building certification: BREEAM Outstanding

We are very pleased to announce that our project The Cloud One Hotel on Hybernská Street has achieved the highest possible level of #BREEAM certification.

The certification we have achieved is 85.8% and falls into the highest category of sustainable buildings. This is not only the result of our excellent teamwork, flexible approach and constant focus on sustainability throughout the construction process, but also our values and commitment to leading by example in sustainability and innovation.

BREEAM Outstanding certification is one of the most prestigious and recognized standards for sustainable buildings and confirms our high level of commitment to environmental protection, resource efficiency and creating a healthy and high-quality environment for all building users.
