Masaryčka

Masaryčka by Zaha Hadid consists of two unique buildings with grand architecture, offering a total of 22,200 sqm of prestigious AAA-class office space and 4,700 sqm of premium retail space. This has created a new Prague retail “high street”, combined with a sophisticated food & beverage concept. Both Masaryčka buildings have achieved the international LEED Platinum certification for green buildings.

The complex, connected by a unique landscaped roof deck, also includes the revitalised historical Masaryk Railway Station with new retail units, and a hotel offering five floors of accommodation and approximately 1,100 sqm of retail space.

The entire Masaryčka project is currently fully leased. In the event that any spaces become available, we will inform prospective tenants.
